Our sandwiches are served on whichever bread we feel is best suited to its contents. We make all of the breads for our sandwiches at our bakery The Neon Croissant right across the road.
Fried Green Mater
Fried green tomatoes, goat cheese, cherry pepper relish and watercress on fresh Neon Croissant ciabatta.
Prosciutto, coppa, salami, mozzarella, roasted red pepper, balsamic reduction and basil on fresh Neon Croissant focaccia.
House made meatballs (beef and veal), mozzarella and house made marinara on fresh Neon Croissant baguette. Meatballs contain mushrooms!
Local bacon, greens, heirloom tomato, sliced turkey, avocado and a dijonaise sauce on fresh Neon Croissant ciabatta.
Two fried local eggs, bacon, half avocado, sliced tomato and herb vinaigrette served over greens.
Cold sesame noodles, yakitori charred chicken thighs, pickled vegetables, bok choy, seasoned soy sauce, sesame oil, cilantro and furikake. If you choose to make it vegetarian, we will go harder on all the other ingredients to compensate for the missing chicken!
All the colors of Italy in a bowl. Cubed salami, parmesan, olives, roasted red pepper, kale pesto, almonds and cherry peppers over little gem lettuce, drizzled with oil and vinegar.
A classic French bistro salad- grilled rare tuna, olives, hard boiled egg, caper berries, gigantes and German potato salad over little gem lettuce. Served with anchovy vinaigrette- trust us, you'll want to drink it with a straw. If you choose to make it vegetarian, we will go harder on all the other ingredients to compensate for the missing tuna, and we'll sub out herb vinaigrette for the anchovy vin!
