Our sandwiches are served on whichever bread we feel is best suited to its contents. We make all of the breads for our sandwiches at our bakery The Neon Croissant right across the road.
Classic BLT + sliced turkey, avocado and a dijonaise sauce on fresh Neon Croissant ciabatta.
Prosciutto, coppa, salami, mozzarella, roasted red pepper, balsamic reduction and basil on fresh Neon Croissant focaccia.
Fried chicken cutlet, apple slaw and honey mustard on fresh Neon Croissant ciabatta.
Mozzarella, feta, cheddar, house made onion jam and calabrian chili pepper sauce on fresh Neon Croissant focaccia.
Two fried local eggs, bacon, half avocado, tomato and herb vinaigrette over greens.
